A CHEF CLOSE
OSAN macerations were developed by Sang Hoon Degeimbre, Belgian chef of L'air du temps, who has been awarded 2 Michelin Stars since 2008.
Over the years, San has developed a very personal style of cooking, using his creativity and enormous technical know-how to create a cuisine that is pure and simple.
With 5 hectares of farmland at his disposal, San is constantly thinking about how to make the most of nature, to offer new experiences to his guests, while at the same time he, his team and his restaurant are committed to a responsible and sustainable approach.
For several years now, one of the unforgettable experiences at L'air du temps has been to be served non-alcoholic drinks paired with the menu dishes: the famous vegetable macerations.
OSAN is the fruit of our research to make this exceptional product available to a larger number of people.
A rewarding, unique and natural experience alcohol-free, additives-free, highly digestible and low in sugar.
From the very beginning, the vegetal and floral macerations were conceived to offer the same gustatory pleasure to people who could not or did not want to drink alcohol by serving them a gratifying, rewarding and different drink.
Today, after much research, OSAN now offers an experience, a ritual, a subtle and complex taste to be associated with food and dishes: a beneficial experience that brings lightness and another dimension to moments at the table or relaxing.
The body is freed from sugar and the meal is more enjoyable and digestible. Osan is certified organic, contains only taste and very few calories.
The real boss of Osan is Nature.
Osan is based solely on organic and seasonal plant and floral products. Our manufacturing process (cryogenisation, maceration, dynamisation) is our own.
It is part of an eco-responsible approach, allowing us to get the best out of the least of our ingredients in order to offer an unparalleled gustatory pleasure.
OSAN will appeal to the epicurean in search of new flavours as well as to the gourmet who must renounce sugar and/or alcohol for a single meal or longer for health reasons.
OSAN is available in 3 taste families which correspond to the 3 most commonly found in wine and are paired with dishes in the same way: "like a white, like a rosé, like a red".
